Regulations of the “10/10” Bonus Competition
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The organizer of the “10/10” Bonus Competition (“Competition”) is the company Kiss The Rat Limited Liability Company, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000800236, kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 9th Commercial Division, NIP 912 192 90 99, REGON 384166361, with share capital: PLN 5,000 fully paid up (“Organizer”).
1.2. These regulations (the “Regulations”) will be made available to all potential participants of the Competition via e-mail and / or the company’s website at https://kisstherat.eu . By entering the Competition, you accept its terms set out in the Regulations.
2.DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
2.1. The competition runs from June 1 to November 30, 2020. The competition will be divided into stages falling from 1 to the last day of the month. The division into stages does not affect the rules of the competition, which are governed by the Regulations. The cyclical stages are billing. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, end or extend the duration of the Competition at any time, without giving reasons, by prior notification to the Participants by e-mail, one business day in advance.
2.2. If the duration of the Competition is extended, each subsequent month of the Competition will constitute a separate stage of the Competition (“stage”).
3. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
3.1. Participation in the Competition is voluntary.
3.2. Entries to the competition can be made via the website of Kiss The Rat Sp. Z o.o. after entering the “contest” tab. After receiving the welcome information, complete the data needed to register the Participant, by the 9th day of the current month or the next month at the latest, if the application was made after the 9th day of the given month.
3.3. The notification can be made directly to the e-mail address: email@example.com . However, it is required to provide the data necessary for registration: name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address.
3.4. The Competition is open to adults, do not conduct non-agricultural business activity and persons conducting non-agricultural business activity, hereinafter referred to as “Participants”.
3.5. If any Consultant data (including the bank account number) has been changed during the Competition, the Recommending Party is obliged to notify the Competition Organizer.
3.6. Persons who do not meet the conditions set out in point 3.2. they cannot take part in the Competition and apply for the prize in a given stage.
3.7. Persons who meet the conditions indicated in point 3.2 above and will enter the Competition are hereinafter referred to as Participants.
3.8. If the Participant wants to resign from participation in the Competition, he is obliged to submit an application and attach a legally signed declaration of resignation from participation in the Competition in the form of an email containing the data assigned by the Organizer, i.e. the username and email address to identify the Participant.
3.9. In the event of resignation from participation in the Competition during a given stage, the Participant is not entitled to the prize in a given stage.
4. SUBJECT OF THE COMPETITION
4.1. The subject of the Competition is to obtain the highest level of service recommendations from Kiss The Rat Sp. Z o.o. , while meeting the following conditions:
a) Instructions should be directed to people interested in using the services of the company that are in the offer of Kiss The Rat Sp. Z O.O.,
b) The Participant’s implementation of instructions at a given stage of the Competition at the level of min. 10 commands.
c) The condition that entitles to obtain the prize in the Competition is the Organizer’s performance of at least 10 services for clients recommended by a given Participant.
d) Disseminating information about the Kiss Kiss Rat Sp. Z O.O., the nature of services, forwarding the contact method by providing the telephone number, internet address, company mailing address and e-mail address, which can be found on the company’s website in the Contact tab.
4.2. Data on the number of confirmed and services provided by the Participants will be collected in the Organiser’s IT systems.
4.3. If during the given stage of the Competition the Participant has finished his work or is replaced by another Participant:
a) The amount of the competition plan imposed on the new Participant does not change.
b) The amount of the competition plan imposed on other Participants does not change.
5. COMPETITION RANGE
5.1 The scope of the competition is global and unlimited. The organizer does not impose restrictions on the location of instructions, the method of instructions and the location of customers using the services of the company Kiss The Rat Sp. Z O.O. .
6. PRINCIPLES FOR AWARDING PRIZES
6.1. Contest Participants who meet the conditions set out in these Regulations, implement at least the indicator listed in point 5.2, will receive the prize referred to in point 5.3
6.2. The indicators required to receive the prize are:
6.2.1. Realization of a minimum of 10 services by Kiss The Rat Sp. Z o.o. for customers who have received the information listed from the Competition Participant in point 4.1 lit. e and reported to the company to conclude a contract with the service contractor.
The indicator does not include services for which customers have made a statement regarding termination of the contract or withdrawal from the contract.
Implementation does not include services provided for which Kiss The Rat Sp. Z o.o. has not issued a VAT invoice, and services that have not been paid within the time specified on the invoice.
In the case of payment in a currency other than EUR or PLN, the value of the prize will be calculated after converting the value of the paid service from the currency other than EUR or PLN to PLN and will be granted in PLN.
6.3. As part of the Competition, a Prize will be awarded in the given stage in the form of a bank transfer to the Participant’s bank account number. The account number should be provided to the Organizer immediately after joining the Competition by electronic means.
6.3.1. In the absence of a bank account, the Participant may not apply for another form of payment of the Prize granted as part of participation in the Competition.
6.3.2. For the implementation of the necessary conditions specified in point 5.1. and the indicator mentioned in point 6.2. The Competition Participant will receive 10% (say ten percent) of the total net value of the services provided by a minimum of 10 clients.
When calculating implementation, only one customer is considered. In the case of more than one service, the value of the prize is calculated from the sum of fees that the given customer has made and is added to the total pool constituting the value of the prize.
6.4. Prizes will be awarded to 1,000 Competition Participants who have obtained the required level of implementation of the Competition indicators. In the event that several Participants achieve the same, highest level of performance of indicators, the number of contracts concluded by Kiss The Rat Sp. Z. O.O. with the highest values of services for clients recommended by a given Participant. In addition, for 5 Participants who meet the eligibility criteria for receiving a prize in accordance with point 5.1 of these Regulations, who at a given stage of the Competition achieve the highest level of implementation of ratios, additional prizes in the form of a 5% transfer (in words five percent) will be awarded. Awards granted as a result of achieving competition results for a prize. In the event that several Participants achieve the same highest level of individual plan implementation, the number of contracts and services concluded by Kiss The Rat Sp. Z o.o. and clients recommended by the Competition Participants.
6.5. Prizes awarded in a given stage will be transferred to the Participants to the individual bank account within 12 business days from the date of publication of the achieved ceiling of the given stage of the Competition, in accordance with point 6.2 of the Regulations
6.6. Funding the Participant’s individual bank account with funds equivalent to the Prize is tantamount to the transfer and receipt of the Prize by the Winner.
6.7. After receiving a welcome message from the organizer in electronic form, the participant is required to provide the correct account number together with information about the account owner in order to assign it correctly. Failure to provide the data required to complete the transfer of the Prize by the 9th day of a given calendar month (if the day is a non-working day – by the 8th) in which the E-Account was granted or the negative verification was carried out, the prize will not be awarded.
6.8. After receiving a welcome message from the organizer in electronic form, the participant is required to provide the correct account number together with information about the account owner in order to assign it correctly. Failure to provide the data required to complete the transfer of the Prize by the 9th day of a given calendar month (if the day is a non-working day – by the 8th) in which the E-Account was granted or the negative verification was carried out, the prize will not be awarded .
6.9. The participant has the right to renounce the prize, but in return he is not entitled to claim any other prize. In the event of a waiver, the prize will be forfeited without any claim against the Organizer.
6.10 The results will be published after all payments have been approved by Clients recommended by the Participant.
6.11 Competition results realized at a given accounting stage are transferred to the next accounting stage at its beginning on the first day of the month. The end of the stage does not affect the settlement of the results of the competition.
6.12. The end of the competition falling on November 30, 2020 is the day of completion of all competition activities. The end of the competition does not affect the implementation of the rules of the competition. A Participant who fails to meet the competition requirements may not apply for the prize equivalent proportional to the implementation of the terms of the Competition.
7.1. Complaints about the Competition should be reported on an ongoing basis only in electronic form via e-mail, but not later than within 3 business days from the date of publication of the results of a given stage. Complaints will be considered within 12 business days of their receipt. The condition for considering a complaint is submitting an electronic notification to the email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.2. Complaints shall be submitted by the Participant only on their behalf.
7.3. Complaints received after the deadline or other address will not be considered. Within 7 business days after considering all complaints, the final results of a given stage of the Competition will be published.
8.1. This Competition is not a game of chance, raffle lottery, mutual bet or promotional lottery, the result of which depends on the case (draw) within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gambling (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 612- as amended).
8.2. It is not possible to transfer the prize to third parties or pay the equivalent in cash or any other form. In the event of the Participant renouncing the prize, no tax will be charged.
8.3. The organizer reserves the right to change the provisions of the Regulations without giving reasons. Participants will be informed about any changes to the Regulations by e-mail via e-mail on the business day preceding the change. In the same way, Participants will be notified of any extension, termination or cancellation of the Competition.
8.4. In the event of irregularities found during the Competition due to abuses on the part of the Participant, including in particular breach by the Participant of the rules of the Competition Regulations, the Organizer has the right to irrevocably exclude a given Participant from the Competition. The Organizer reserves that under these circumstances he will not be liable to such a Participant for his exclusion from the Competition.
8.5. The Organizer reserves the right to entrust the performance of individual organizational, administrative and other activities within the framework of the Competition to the Organizer’s subcontractors.
8.6. Any additional information about the Competition related to its functioning may be obtained by contacting the Organizer.
9.PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1. The administrator of personal data provided by Participants will be the Organizer. Participants’ personal data will be processed for the proper conduct of the Competition.
9.2. By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees to the Organizer’s use of his personal data to implement the Competition, to the extent specified in these Regulations, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text – Journal of Laws of 2015 item 2135, as amended) The participant has the right to inspect and correct his personal data stored.
